2009 L’Esprit des Pavots is spectacularly rich and intense with all the classic elements which characterize Les Pavots terroir.

Dark garnet in the glass, this wine smells of smoke and black cherry. In the mouth the wine has a wonderful combination of toasted cassis, berry flavors mixed with a light woodiness. Good acidity, can cellar for years. 

Possess a dark crimson color, with ripe berry and plum aromas, accented by toasty oak and vanilla. On the palate, dark fruit flavors are balanced by silky tannins and a lingering finish.

The word Ardimento translates to mean "courage" in italian. Serve with savory braised meat dishes, main courses and cheeses.

Intense and multi-layered, the bouquet is dominated by spring flowers, honeysuckle, lily, vine blossom, Reine claude plum, lemon, lime, apricot, grapefruit, honey, and minerals. The rich and delicate flavors follow seamlessly from the aroma.

Deep red color with violet highlights. Intense nose of blackberry and dry leaves with a spicy touch. Smooth mouth entry; medium bodied, very well-balanced. Pairing recommendation: Risotto.
 

The 2009 Bettina Bryant is a striking wine graced with exquisite aromatics and beautifully delineated fruit. It is a bit darker, firmer and more inward than the Bryant Cabernet Sauvignon.
