The 2009 Reserve was created from premium Chardonnay grapes grown in Sonoma County and crafted by a Napa Valley producer so legendary, we can't name names.

Garnet to brick in color, herbaceous with green & black pepper, leather, tree bark and dark chocolate over black fruit flavors. Smoke, wood and earthy mocha with anise hints on top of currant/cassis with a touch of vanilla. 

Soft, lush, honeyed pear flavors with the nose's tangy herbs and a mineral note. A nice alternative to unoaked Chardonnay or Alsatian white.

Unobstructed by oak, Sonoma Carneros Chardonnay fruit provides wonderful aromas of peach, pear and melon, while a touch of Muscat provides accessibility.

Notes of blackberries mixed with cocoa, slight spice and soft blackpepper. Medium-bodied, soft tannin and fruit forward. Velvety smooth on the palate, uber-jammy and drinkable.

Delicious Red blend: 70% Merlot, 20% Syrah, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petite Sirah.
